Application deadlines for submissions
Applications for fall semesters must be submitted by 20th April 24.00h CET of each year.
Applications for spring semesters must be submitted by 20th October 24.00h CET of each year.
Applications may be submitted by e-mail or regular mail (cf. contact details).
Following the above deadlines the Foundation Council will analyse the applications and either approve or refuse a scholarship. The decision
will be communicated to the applicant in the first week of June or November. Earlier information requests will not be replied.
Scholarships are only granted for future and not for past exchange semesters.
The Foundation Council does not provide any justification of its decision and the applicant has no right to receive any explanation.
Applications that are either too late or incomplete after the respective deadlines will not be evaluated.
